Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

I got this recipe from a gorgeous blog cookieandkate. She has beautiful, easy, raw and vegan recipes with little tricks and unexpected ingredients that I am in love with. This smoothie has almond butter and almond extract yum!


2 frozen bananas (broken in fourths)
1 c cashew milk
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp almond extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup

Place ingredients in blender and blend and enjoy.



Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

Love this recipe. It’s quick, simple, taste like dairy but it’s vegan and raw.


· 1 peeled orange
· 2 frozen bananas
· 1 c raw almond milk (or favorite raw vegan milk)
· 1 Tbsp raw sweetener of choice
· 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean

Blend and enjoy
